The famous Safari Chair was designed by Kaare Klint in the 1930s and was inspired by the photographs of an African safari. Kaare Klint designed a light-weight, functional, but elegant chair. The Safari Chair might be the first do-it-yourself furniture and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
The Safari Chair offered by Galerie Libelle is made of solid wood (most likely oak) and has black leather seat, back and armrests. The chair is in very good condition.
